For many years, Irina has worked in large Russian and international consulting companies, where she lead projects involving Russian, foreign companies and individuals in real estate, construction, finance, investment, production, structuring fields. Accompanying major transactions according to international standards, representing the interests clients in complex negotiations and dispute resolution.
The idea of creating a company
The decision to start independent work as a legal consultant came after moving to Italy in 2018 and working with traditional Italian law firms. At that time, private foreign persons began to contact Irina, who needed affordable support in Italy.
The idea of starting firm combines the diverse professional experience, the quality standards of the best law firms and the tradition of Italy with the individual, more focused, flexible approach of a legal boutique, as well as a deep understanding of the needs faced by a foreign citizen in Italy.
